Will probably be fake. Too risky to buy such things on eBay, you end up with slow crap

Would need a usb hub but could do yeah. has to be over 250 but heard some drives close to that have still been working.
Now just need fast micro-sd cards to come into this price range, for Nintendo Switch "research" purposes etc.
Is there something special about this particular drive?

Use the Free version of Macrium reflect ...clones a perfect copy current drive and just copy over ...works brilliantly.
Just search in You tube ...many quick tutorials.

Cool. Doesn't look like they have any good priced fast Micro-SD cards around 240gb though . Plus they don't have much feedback, and haven't sold many/any SD cards. Be very careful buying from eBay.

Normally I'd have agreed with you there 100%, lol.

But sadly, NOT 100% ...

Eg. if it's a 250GB HDD Drive, then it's thickness will most likely be in line with your assumed for criteria. :-)

But if it's a 2TB HDD Drive, then the chances are it won't. :-(

As the physical 'thickness' between those two 2.5 Inch HDD's will count! (for the limited window of space in the Console to which you're yet to squeeeeeeze it into as it were ... )

Though true, the firmware may also play here also, etc, etc, etc?.

Thing's to also bare in mind perhaps?. :-)

I didn't even realise that these thingy's even had a minimum allocation 'minimum' like?, lol.

You learn something new every day ... (as the saying goes?, hehehehehe). :-D

I think I know the one you're talking about (the Lenovo Yoga 320), with an SSD, but is only 120GB, right?.

I ALMOST opted for that very same one last Year!.

Opted against it in.tbe end ...

And went for a different Yoga Laptop with an HDD, but a much more sizable 1TB instead.

(Speed, over additional storage space and the like?).

It's a definite horses for courses moment the way I see it.
