With twice the heat and noise.
I have used a few of them and found them good (particularly 5TB models). They are slightly noisier than average, but it's not a racket, just what you can expect from a high capacity 7200RPM drive. For the £/performance/storage they are good value.

Toshiba have been some of the best hard drives I've ever had next down from the 1tb Samsungs from about 8 years ago, I have 26+ hdds
Thank you ☺
Great drive and quieter than my 2tb WD Black ever was

and double the number of sata ports used up, preventing further drives being employed.....

Considering Brexit, this is about the best deal going at present...

I guess it was cheaper yesterday with the £10 code though....

I have two of these in my current computer, bought the first one about a year and a half ago for £185, and another about 7 months ago for £175. Have had 0 problems with them, would highly recommend for anyone that needs the space.

2x3tb might be a better option for some (cheaper to buy), but if you need to maximise TBs per SATA port, then you'll want to go for this instead.

It was a bargain for me at £175, now even moreso. Can't recommend highly enough.
I like to name my partitions after Star Trek.

My latest is called Discovery.
