we have a Vitamix which is probably the best blender there is but if this is even1/3 of a Vitamix for less than 1/4 of the price it cant be bad even if it only has a 2yr warranty.
if you are looking for a blender give this a chance, at the price I cant see what else comes close

I was only asking because you said you got the vitamix. Anyway, just received today, @£42.38 after quidco and the £10 discount this is a bargain. Compared to some other rubbish we got and this is much better. I was worried about the 1200w power claim because with my plug in tester would not go over the 600w with lets say 4-5 inches of liquid but after I nearly filled it up to the top then the power started to kick in and reached over 1100w. I think it does only compensate for the extra work and not as an extra speed. Very clever the way it is been done as otherwise the motor might actually burn if always at max power.
