Not bad - looking for a cheap set for a student starting uni. I wonder if these stack compactly?

They do, bought a set. well made, saucepans stack inside each other, wipe clean and the lids allow you to lay a utensil on top of them, rather than leaving them on the side. Very happy with ours.

Thanks! And how heavy are they to lift and to use?
Easily lifted with one hand, the bigger saucepan can boil enough potatoes for 4 people. Only thing missing is a 12 or 14 cm pan for a small tin of beans etc, if just cooking for one. But you can buy either of those cerastone sizes for under £10 if you wanted to add one from Amazon or Ebay
