Anybody got one of these? I’m very limited on space in my kitchen but it looks like this would slide nicely between my microwave and fridge.
Look great but probably be blunt again in a week
Wow neochrome bad boys. They actually sharp?
I bought a family member a different make but very similar design to 2 these for Christmas. I researched it pretty well and this price seems excellent the main problems with other makes seem to be colour flaking off coloured handles and issues if put in dishwasher even if instructions said that was ok I'd check these things out on the reviews for Tower brand the 10 year guarantee is excellent sounds like a bargain voted hot

Just checked on Amazon going for 19 99 prime delivery. Still a fiver is a fiver
I bought these knives over 2 years ago and they are still sharp. Only lost the tip of one at Christmas there trying to unscrew my son's drone

Yup.
Checked feedback on Amazon, they are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash recommended. Good deal though. Have some chilli.

If these are same as Argos knives, I bought a set. Handles flaked from dishwasher within weeks. And Argos didn't care. Called it wear and tear. I don't shop there now.

Everywhere else that sells this set have a no dishwasher recommended on this set
Online sale of knives should be banned.

These kids are using parents accounts and having delivery to neighbours to circumvent regulations.

Should be treated like tobacco and alcohol with additional stringent regulations.

Think UK gun laws.

so what?
you can't buy a gun in the UK yet gangs shoot at each other regularly.
banning sales of knives will have 0 impact on anything.
oh, btw did you know that government censors porn and gambling access? it's just as effective. it takes any average 13 year old about 8 seconds to bypass.

wow.
such argument.
very amaze.
I wouldn't pay that for one knife, never mind five with a stand... My chef's knife cost £70 and is worth every penny.

2quid and terrible Groupon service and delivery times, I'd rather prime it!
Anyone sees a point in titanium blade coating?
got these a while ago. They look good and are sharp but feel a bit cheap / thin.
Very similar set spotted in TK Maxx earlier today. If this helps.. you could go in and open the box to look at them better
I would never by cheap knives, buy cheap by lots of times they say! Just got jamie Oliver £100 set and they are incredible for the money and will last a very long time and 25 year warranty

What one did you buy and wgere from exactly.

I bought some cheap and nasty Russel hobbs block about 2 years ago. They weren't even sharp to begin with let alone now.

Trying to cut a chicken breast is hard work lol.

Any help is appreciated
These are good knives that keep sharp for ages and use them all the time. The handles do flake after a while but isn't too noticeable unless up close. Good value for the money and look nice.
I bought these about two years ago. They are shocking to be honest. Start off well and look good but the stand breaks really easy.

Not always true, if you're lucky, I got a set of knives worth about 20 quid (tramontina I think), in today's money, 30+ years ago as a student, they're still going strong and compare quite favourably to my Globals. I would never buy a set of knives online unless from a well known company and with only good reviews, to minimise the risk.

I would suggest getting a whetstone with any set of knives, especially cheap ones. About £16-20 on amazon. I got a 2000/600 grit, and it works well (im no expert, and its easy enough) use it about once every couple of weeks and you'll be sound.

This is so very painful to watch when someone used a knife to butcher a screw and then the knife tip breaks.

May as well ban the internet that's how these little scoundrels are ordering said knives. Might start going back to the kitchen drawer to get them and then were back to square one 😳
Do you have to sharpen these?

I think you should both fork orf lol

On a serious note I'm just glad they are easily visible, so a burglar doesnt need to fumble about the kitchen too much late at night, mid robbery lol

Mine arrived today they look very nice thanks to OP, as far as the guarantee goes to get the 10 year extended you have to register it online, I have been had by a Tower guarantee before, this is written on the bottom of the box so if you open it the right way up and throw it away you may never see you have to register it. its also asks for a batch code that is actually the bar code mine didn't look anything like their example!

This is the UK where you arent allowed to enjoy anything (atleast without paying through the nose or finding illegal ways or willing to be socially stigmatised) or have personal responsibility, especially if your from a poorer class.

Cant have hoverboards, ebikes without pedals, get prescriptions for drugs that actually help, kodi, sugar tax, alcohol tax, cig tax, used car high tax, diesel car soon to be high tax, air guns, airsoft guns, cap guns, fishing, motorcross bikes, have a loud exhaust on your car, and soon to be fast food tax no doubt.

I guess we all will have to stay in our little houses and flats and watch the tv (on low volume ofcourse) that we have to pay £150 a year for the pleasure of, and only use our internet connections for job sites, wholesome articles about eating healthy and the wrongs of all drugs, alcohol and any pleasurable experiences.

Cant have hoverboards,
Have they proven to dangerous?

ebikes without pedals,
As above

get prescriptions for drugs that actually help,
Not where I live, if you mean specialist meds refused, different story.
kodi,
I was going to buy in but illegal for LFC matches so passed
sugar tax,
Good thing, child obesedy is increasing
alcohol tax,
Again not a bad thing #1 hospital beds due to alcohol abuse
cig tax,
As above
used car high tax,
My car is 13 years old this year not sure what you mean
diesel car soon to be high tax,
If dangerous N02 then okay
air guns,
Air guns, who buys them?
airsoft guns,
No idea what this is
cap guns,
See above
fishing,
What? Can go fishing if you fancy it
motorcross bikes,
What? News to me.
have a loud exhaust on your car,
Agreed disgraceful
and soon to be fast food tax no doubt.
Um, see child obesedy above.

See my brackets, I wasnt saying all of those things are illegal. But there are hoops to jump through and unfair propaganda and tariffs that make them less accesible and frowned upon.

Hoverboards- private land use, explode scare stories. Meds such as benzos hard to get prescribed. Sugar tax is unfair on responsible people that enjoy pop. Kodi ruined by ISP blocking streams and scare stories. Used cars generally have to pay higher tax than new cars due to unfair C02 nonsense. Diesel cars supposed harmful NOX emissions will likely result in high tax and entry to London already is higher. Fishing requires licenses, and private membership of clubs to fish anywhere decent. Same with motorcross bikes, cant just ride them on wasteland or in woodland. Etc.

In some nations all of these things are free, blind eyes are turned or they are far more accesible for the majority. And they arent as socially unacceptable (which is due to the class system, nanny state and the media).

Yeah it wasnt a well written comment by myself, nor is this really, but I am trying to say that there should be more freedom in general. Banning everything either outright or by layers of legislation and social discouragement, including the sale of knives to under 18s, in my opinion is the wrong way to go about things.

There are reasons idiot kids and adults stab each other. The availabilty of the tool they choose to do it with is neither here nor there.
