Nice bit of kit. Been using it for a year when I got it on Amazon for £60!

The rotisserie always fails for me, I'm only using 1.2kg chickens and on my replacement It died after just 3 chickens.

You can buy a basket for this which rotates so saves the need for turning food, bought one for chips £20 but its huge, towerhousewares.co.uk/air…006

Is it normal for the trays to cook at different temperatures?

Made chips on 3 trays but bottom tray was...i think....just about defrosted so had to rotate the trays.

Chips is taking 35mins ish....which is longer than the conventional oven.....and chips were thinly spread out....

    What am I doing wrong?

For this model it's like an oven, the top is always hotter so you will need to rotate, you could experiment with the fan also.

Is it me or does that chicken look like it's kneeling down in a stress position?

How do you use a teaspoon of oil in these? Especially when making stuff using the mesh trays? :/

I use a spray bottle of oil, and the drip tray under.
