Best waiting until Christmas, there’ll be a set with all four films in.

If this was a physical collection I would concur, but with digital you're effectively only buying them singular anyway so it makes no odds.

True but you will be paying full price for Toy Story 4. It might be discounted later on like 1-3 are now.

Disney licensing, its only on promo with the film release I doubt we will see this cheaper, based on TS4 reviews.
Also, be aware that these movies will only be in stereo - no 5.1 soundtrack.
This is major deal-breaker IMO.
Don't know why Google have negotiated such a cr@ppy licence deal with Disney as there's no technical reason why this should be - can anyone enlighten me?!

Agreed, but price wise, I’m sure there’ll be a better deal for all four, even digitally, by about Christmas.

Oh man, I didn't see that before buying them. The individual films are also discounted on iTunes, not the collection pack though.

Wow that is rubbish. I bought them on itunes store today for £5.99 each. Worth it not to have the poor sound. Not bothered about the short movies (Toy Story of Terror and Toy Story That Time Forgot). Google really should make that clear.

Wish I knew why people think Apple are the competitors in this market with amazon leading the pack, apple have had to force through everything but with the software they use have limited users usage. The deal is about the price for this package at this price on a free platform. Will it ever be lower and the answer is Not for years, what apple do apple do but hey are not main stream. Just playing catch up on a legacy system.

Stereo sound in 2019? Apple TV is also becoming a free platform. I have the free Apple TV app on my 2018 Samsung TV and it is going to be added to Amazon fire device, Roku and other TV's. So if it is a choice between basic stereo sound with google play and 5.1 sound on itunes, I will go for the itunes version.

Becoming.....
Wow! I really love Toy Story saga, but I think I will wait till there will come one with the last movie. Definitely good movie pack to have in personal collection!

Becoming.....

Yes becoming and as I already have the free app and a 5.1 surround system the choice between the two is made simple.

Although if you have a TV set up with no surround system, the basic google option will be fine.
