Why not have a seperate category for Amazon Resellers then it saves confusion, I only like buying off Amazon themselves (1. I know they will deliver to Spain) (2. Very good if you have any problems)
I have had problems with 2 different Big Marketplace sellers, they say they have posted items so that they can get payment from Amazon but do not post straight away, one swearing they had posted item, but then saying Xmas was causing delays (ordered news year eve) then after another couple of weeks saying that the Snow was causing problems, then refusing to answer me, but Amazon refunded me without any problems within a couple of days.

So if you only allowed Amazon itself to be under Amazon
and Marketplace Sellers under e.g. Amazon Marketplace
just that it will save the problems we now have as to who is a recognised Marketplace seller, your posts are OK as you always put in the heading Marketplace, but most people do not.

It's all a good idea but won't happen as Ebay deals at the moment are all over the show, any seller can post on a "case by case" basis trying to get clarity on the matter is proving impossible. So trying to seperate the "recognised" sellers from the non is impossible.
