Closing down sale probably, all Toys r us stores will follow suit at some point next year
I'd be most upset if someone slashed my Nom Noms
Excellent where did you bring them ?
Next year will see them all close as parent company in the US has gone under.

Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in the US is a little bit different to your typical bankruptcy over here.

In most cases the company will continue on and exit it after a period. It is used to restructure a company and it's debts. So all Toys'r'us stores are still open in the US right now.

The likes of Apple, Macy's, American Airlines, Marvel, General Motors have all used Chapter 11 at some point and they're still alive to tell the tale.
I saw the Nancy dolls in Broughton today which were £2.96. Looked good for the money.

As long as us customers can get a good deal and save money then that’s all …As long as us customers can get a good deal and save money then that’s all that’s matters!!

And people's jobs really don't matter 🤔...merry Christmas!
It's not a closing down sale! They tend to sell off old stock and ranges of stock where there's 1s and 2s left as end of Jan beginning of Feb they have their annual stock take a massive affair so just get rid of lingering bits and pieces so it doesn't have to be counted! (Does that make more sense?) 😊

No. Toys R Us are clearly in trouble and are off loading stock. They reduced the entire Barbie collection by 50% a few weeks back

It's no secret. It is widely reported they have made a loss the last few years. Toys R Us in the UK is run separately from the US side - although both are in trouble
got a few bits today. heatt

no, I've worked there for 15 years they have stock reduced like this every year! They also had 20% off everything recently but not because it's closing down because it's what shops do, they have sales it's Xmas it's normal retail behaviour!
A few stores are closing but nothing else is said until the cva has been approved or disapproved until then everything carries on as normal including the prices! I also doubt there will be a closing down sale the stock for the stores closing will highly likely be shipped to the stores that are not closing! 😊 MERRY CHRISTMAS
