Have you used this site before?

There's something about that site I really don't like. I have no idea what, but a bad feeling...

Anyone bought from this place?

hey ive just moved off that street

i know the shop and bought from there before but i wouldnt buy online when there closing down simply because its just a small little shop and i just wouldnt trust them incase i didnt get the stuff

thats just my opinion though

If they were going to scam you the surely they wouldn't advertise the fact theat they're closing down - they'd just say 'summer sale' etc.
I'd have no problems buying from them

just pay by paypal then you will be covered

Hi,I own Toy4me 97 Highfield Rd, Blackpool, we having a closing down sale … Hi,I own Toy4me 97 Highfield Rd, Blackpool, we having a closing down sale to the public on the Web, then the Web site will be closed down for Orders, but we will still be in the Shop for a while if you want to order after this date.I can not give you a proper closing date as it is until most of the stock is cleared. We have operated since 2004 and will be finally closing the doors this year.Google for directions or feedback, if you want to buy in-store or place a phone order (telephone number on contact page). All the best and thank you for your custom.Toys4me

Hi, just a quick question about your children's fancy dress. The Apache ones don't seem to have any size selection like the others. Is this because they're one size or out of stock?

...who....?

Don't rely on paypal - I put a claim in and they found it in my favour but couldn't get it back from the man - now seeing if credit card company can get it back - grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr at paypal!!:x

Hmm, closing down on the 26th June, That's next Friday, sounds like a risk to me as I never heard of them before so won't be buying from them.

I may be the only one out there but I had a good experience with PayPal. Bought an item that proved faulty, the seller quit Ebay but PayPal still paid up and didn't even want the old item back!

If they're closing down, I wouldn't send them money.

+1

Im sure they're fine. He said (before his post was deleted...mods?) they were just closing down the website, and keeping the shop live.

If in doubt, pay using credit card.

I expect they cannot compete with the online bigboys, so will sell brick & mortar only from now on.

As the site isnt particularly fancy, they probably launched it to dabble online only, and wont have an IT guy to maintain. I suspect the business is run by a sole trader or couple.

I have no need for toys, but if i did and their prices were good (not compared), id buy.

use credit card then. Anyway, looks dodgy, I will give it a miss

i can confirm they are legit - i got my stuff this morning - paid on sunday via paypal and my goodies are all present and sort of correct (but they sent me panasonic batteries instead of duracell which has miffed me a bit) - other than that spot on - great bargains and i'll take a pic of my goodies and put it up . remember there's postage to pay though img524.imageshack.us/gal…jpg

Well, just paid up. Hope it comes through. Heat added
