Voted hot. Already got 2 from Amazon at similar price last year. Was hoping to buy more at lower price but seems Brexit has kept the prices same as last year.

Does one need 2 feeds from router to Router-attached-Powerline if you are using both outs at the remote Powerline location?
[Never quite understood why in a starter set both have 2 rj45 slots.]
Thank you in advance for your technical expertise on this matter.

it completly skipped over me that there were faster than the 1200 ones. i've been using homeplugs since the 56mbs ones. i have old wiring so don't get the fastest speeds but upgrading to 500 then 1200 were big jumps. i drag a lot of files over my network so a 50% speed increase makes a difference. shame i missed the £45 deal. looks like £60 was the cheapest according to camel. i skipped yesterdays 200gb card as it was quite a bit more than i got in a deal in november. it's pretty gutting prices are rising instead of dropping

I had these (albeit with netgear) in 200, then upgrade to 500, and 1200 last year. You never get the speed they promise but they do work and I saw a noticeable speed increment each time I upgraded and reduced buffering.

I need 4 so wont dip in until they drop to sub £50 a pair but they always do. Pricing is due to it being top end and as soon as the 3000 comes out this will start falling.

Point re two inputs made me smile. Totally correct but am guessing cheaper to make two units the same than have two separate builds in each pack. Not voting either way as rate the product but price is still too high. The higher costing of parts used in this against the 300, or 500s is probably less than a fiver.

Its an apple price. Not for me.

Probably because it was a WAREHOUSE deal? Do you know what Amazon warehouse deals are?

Headline Advertised as 2000 ..anybody wondered how you get 2000 out of a gigabit (1000) port?

yup, they're the things that I was so disappointed with that I deposited various body fluids and semi-solids into before kicking them around the kitchen until I grew bored. Amazon then send said bio-waste to other people's homes

1000 down and 1000 up gets you 2000mbit right? /s

Marketing had their way with this one, a 2000mbps unit could be capable of saturating one GbE link. Assuming you got the advertised speed. I've been meaning to test some of these out to get rid of the ethernet cables trailing across the floor but not reaching the advertised speeds is kind of a big deal when you rely heavily on network storage and have a gigabit internet connection.
