Yes, sorry, too early for me today. Thanks for the clarification.

Decent if it's what you're after. I thought with the ethernet, it was a powerline as well. I'm after just a single (have 2, need a third) so would have even ideal!

Thanks, was buying another extender today and I may as well get another of these.

On the web view in mobile there was no offer for get the dongle free, but just added it separately and it came off in the basket. Don't need one but hey ho, can shove it in Pi in the future.

Clearly coming from someone who doesn't know anything on the matter of IT.

Its only a repeater/repeater which are next to useless in extending range

I don't get the £6 off. How do I do that?

Mines coming out @ £29.99 inc delivery for both products or am I being a complete doofus?

Wireless extender = wireless repeater
In the wireless networking world these are one in the same thing. Cabled extenders, that's a different story.

it is NOT powerline using the electric cable in house. I

Do bear in mind that this will take a chip out of your overall wireless speed.

What would be better is to buy a cheap wireless access point and a pair of powerline adaptors

I had to send it back, extremely difficult to atrach down there so I didn't even have a chance to see if it extends anything.
