    Very deceiving marketing on these, claiming 300 Mbps data transfer when they only have 100 Mbps ethernet ports.

    You know what xxxman123 - I think you just answered my question I was trying to find answer to for a long time.
    Got 300Mbps fibre line at home. As much as WiFi on my PS5 is working fine and records 270Mbps speed, when plugged via Powerline adaptors it barely goes over 100Mbps.... I guess the reason are the ports fitted into those?
    Strangely enough the TP-Link app shows that both adapters are actually communicating on the 300Mbps speed.....
