Create the perfect lighting mood with the TP-Link Kasa KL110 Dimmable Smart Bulb and control it from anywhere with the free Kasa Smart app. Use voice commands when your hands are full - itworks with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Microsoft Cortana.

Schedule the bulb to automatically turn on or off at certain times. Have the lights come on to greet you after a long day at work, or make it seem as if there's someone at home to deter burglars when you're away. And with the help of third-party apps and hardware like Nest, the possibilities are almost endless.

Anyone looking to buy should be aware that these bulbs aren't "dimmable" in the normal sense of the word, there is very small print on the box that says "must be used with a normal switch, not a dimmer switch"

I spent £40 on 3 of them for some dimmable dining room lights and they flicker and buzz and don't work, and I now have to wait til lockdown is over to return them to Currys. You can only dim them via the app, and you can't group them to dim either if you wanted them on multiple lights, i.e. dining pendants.

Create a zone with them

I tried all sorts and whilst you could group them to turn on/off it wouldn't allow them to be dimmed in a single group, you had to dim them individually.

These would be perfect for individual lamps, but not if using in a trio of pendants.
