Ordered. Thank you.
I’ve got a few of tp-link’s cheap and cheerful switches and they just keep going without issues.
If i may... Ive got a TP link 5 socket switch. And we’ve recently changed from virgin 100mbps to 512 mbps... The box i have is YEARS old. Its used to run the BR, PS4Pro and two PC’s.... Given my upgrade - Should i buy a new ethernet switch - Apologies for my ignorance!!!
Ps... the TP box is running ok but i dont know if i get the 512mbps???

The metal ones are worth it if only for the fact they seem to stay put better under their own weight whereas the plastic ones go wherever the cables take them!

You can run speed test on your pc by going to speedtest.net and check your download and upload speed. This will give you an idea if you need a new switch.

Can you post the model number of the old switch, or do you know if it runs at 100Mb/1Gb? If it’s only 100Mb/s, I’d upgrade to this or similar to make sure I wasn’t throttling myself

That’s a Gigabit switch you have already, so no reason to upgrade for your 512Mb Virgin Media service
