Its only £17.99 at Argos if you do not have prime or want to spend £20 for free delivery.
Had one of these. Wasn’t impressed. Seemed to work ok for a short period then need to be reset.

how do you run the firmware update on a range extender?

I've had one of these since December and it's been good so far. Not perfect, but only using it to extend the wifi enough to reach the google home mini in my kitchen
I've only used one once a few months ago but I thought you could connect to the ip address of the extender, enter a web interface and do it from there - but best bet would be to read the support on the tp link website
I have this and wish I had spent more money and bought a decent one.
I posted a deal on this in June 2017 - £12.50 - so this is not cheap.

Also, as buylowsellhigh says, you get what you pay for - its rubbish.

I spent £50 on a Powerline kit and haven't looked back since...brilliant.

I'd like to know that also...the article is a bit vague and thin on detail! Was posted almost 10 months ago and I can't find any further info in relation to the TP-Link N300?
If you have a stone house with thick stone walls in between - this is dreadful. The signal doesn't stretch from even 1 room to another - I replaced with a Netgear (more expensive admittedly) but it works much better
This was £14.99 last week from Amazon, it will drop again.
I’ve had one a while. Wouldn’t recommend.
Do not buy this model! It's absolutely rubbish as only does wireless N at 2.4ghz. Your throwing your money away unless getting an AC Wi-Fi model
15.99 în B&m Byker..
