3 slots? Are you sure they are not the white PCI slots that you are looking at?

Better to for a 300mps ........about the same money.

I purchased and installed a Netgear internal PCI wireless card and unfortunately it interfered with my installed PCI TV freeview card reception....so resorted to a USB wireless device....would love to try this but not taking any chances on another wasted purchase...anyone in the market for a Netgear PCI card??? LOL

im in the market for a card, i would research into it but there are always people here that know already :D...is wireless N compatible with wireless G?. im using a wireless G router you see.

I got this one from SCAN at Christmas:

scan.co.uk/pro…rst

Thought I'd get PCI-E as I would probably never use it.

Amazingly fast and easy to set up.

Wireless n works with wireless g but a chain is only as good as the weakest link. You will get wireless g speeds.

Yes wireless n works with wireless g, though obviously not at 150mbps (54mbps for g)

i have got an old desktop pc windows xp. would this be suitable for it.

looks like a good price.... surprised that they make these for pci-e card slots though...seems almost a waste of a slot... could just plug into a usb somewhere.... anyway. looks like good value if you have a spare slot you are sure you're not going to want to use.

I think people are misunderstanding the PCi-E interface, its NOT where your graphics card goes!!! Good price!

LOW PROFILE BRACKET?

A hacksaw easily modifies the back plate to half height if required... it won't be possible to screw it to the chassis but some hot glue will keep it in place (I had to do this to a load of cards that went into some half height computers and it works well unless you connect/reconnect often. Hot glue is wonderful stuff and can be removed easily if required.

Cheers dis place iz emptying me pocetz
