Amazon are selling this GPS dog tracker at £29.99 today, reduced from £35.99.

I purchased it myself a couple of months back and it’s fantastic - really simple to use and a real comfort for us since we have a little escape artist! I’ve tried a couple of trackers before but this is by far the best.

You do have to purchase a subscription to use the GPS software, but it starts from £3 a month and to us is invaluable in providing us peace of mind!

Sorry but its false economy to buy an older version (thats been around for about 5 years) for £15 less, when there is a newer version, which is much better in every way (being able to have spare batteries that just clip on much like Pod's tracker are worth it alone).

I understand but speaking personally, I currently wouldn’t be able to afford £45 for the new model. This model does everything I need it to do - so not false economy at all, just personal preference.
Hi, Sorry if I'm missing something but why would you want one of these - is it to find your dog if he wanders off? If my dog goes out of sight I whistle and he comes back. If you are unfortunate enough to have your dog stolen - presumably the first thing the thief will do is remove the device and throw it away.
Reading some of the reviews it sounds like their dogs go missing every other day and the tracker doesn't do much to help.

My dog has a very scary tendency of running away - we've installed baby gates etc but he still runs off. The device has helped us massively in locating him when he does run off. It's not a case of him "wandering off", he bolts out the door so the tracker is invaluable because he is a lot faster than us. Of course it might not help in the long term but if we just need to work out which way he's gone, it's well worth it for us.
