The old voodoo card has served me well, time to upgrade.
"up to"
They will offer you crap money and also if you reject you most likely wouldn't see it again or be damaged similar to what mobile companies do like Music magpie
Such a faff for a few quid difference. No thanks.

Headed wrong
Why is the gtx 780 not on there but the 760 is??
£35 for my 750ti if I buy just a 1660; £65 if I go for a 2070... not bad considering no way will I sell second hand a 750ti, time to upgrade
Hate to be that guy, but one should keep in mind that whilst Asus make some of the best products on the market, they are well-known for poor/non-existent aftersale support.

You buy a product directly from them instead of via a reliable retailer, should there be any issue arise with your product or if it goes faulty even within warranty period, you would have to pray to the Lord and hope that by some miracle that Asus would actually resolve it for you painlessly...
^^^You are not buying from them directly, you pick a reseller from their list, scan, ebayer and so on........;)

£210 for a GTX1080/GTX1080TI........but still those RTX cards are just silly prices, and i have no need to spend a extra £400 plus to play 23 year old Quake with RT. lol
You might as well sell a graphics card on eBay as you'll make more money to go towards a new graphics card
Weehamish06/07/2019 13:57

cheaper??????? where u looking? they are up to £100+ more

Go on overclockers, you will see the 2070 super is basically the same price as the 2070, which has performance just a shade off the 2080 ergo actually cheaper. 2060 super being the only difference but that's cos it has 2gb of vram more.

Guess we are both wrong. 2070s pricing has the same rrp as 2070 (but near 2080 performance) and 2080s pricing is the same rrp as 2080 - not seen a review yet, but prob approaching 2080ti performance).
As I said 2060s is more expensive than 2060 - by £50 (but with close to 2070 performance).

However, I still think we’ve all been hoodwinked. These price reductions still don’t provide “value” imo. Nvidia have priced gpus higher and higher over the past few years so high/top end pricing is ridiculous and low end pricing is way too high also.
That sounds like a nightmare waiting to happen, this is the UK were talking about, incompetent, lazy, rude, and just useless. If returned, would more than likely be missing something, be the wrong card and be dropped inside a box 3 times the size...loose.
Now if it were Japan?

Yes! Time to upgrade I've been playing the Lion King for a few weeks (so addictive!) Anyone else stuck on the scar boss fight? Anywho where's my graphics card? I got my sister to take this picture of me playing the lion king (obviously lol) so you can see my setup. But can you help me to locate where my graphics card is? It might be worth upgrading. (would love to see Simba's fur move in an even more realistic way)

Cheers guiys

For me it was a golden time in gaming. Probably partly due to the time I had to play but also the multitude of great games in that era.

Ive tried amd twice and twice ive been let down. They have the hardware but the drivers are just awful microstutter and stuch frame latency... just annoying af

Actually I think the 2070 super and 2080 super are replacing the old 2070 and 2080 and at a similar rrp.
The only old card surviving I think is the 2060 and the 2060 super is a significant step up from the old 2060

The profit margin on the 2080ti is like £1000 though.
I've been tempted to upgrade as been having driver problems with Nvidia again after having gone with a 1060 a couple of years ago. It's always been a weak point with them. I'm hoping to go with an AMD card again just for the driver reliability for me. Also find the multi monitor support is better.
I keep meaning to upgrade my dual GTX280's, however I switched over to a laptop (I play a lot of StarCraft) and I haven't really missed them...
How much for my TNT2 32mb

I get £165 for a GTX 980ti as well. The trade in values seem strange

Having played quake 2 in rt is can attest to it being certified very high on the not fun register.
It's a fair offer. They have to clear inventory before a huge amount of the new 'Super' product is foisted on them by Nvidia!!

What is my Voodoo 3 worth?
Will they accept my Tseng Labs ET4000?

£210 against a 2080ti though which would make it an ok deal but yeah I guess it depends what you've got and what your looking to buy, not a bad deal for everyone.
