Seems pretty fast, if the quoted figures are to be believed?

Unfortunately the figures aren't correct. Just looked at product on Amazon and the two 1 Star reviews dont look favourable. Here's one Amazon review below:

"I bought this because my old USB stick is painfully slow when transferring big files so I wanted a faster one. This claims to have a 28 MB/s write speed. In fact, it writes at 8 MB/s, max 9 MB/s! Talk about misleading advertising. And before you ask, I have a v fast Core i7 computer with loads of RAM and an SSD so it's definitely the USB stick that is slow. "

Personally, I'm looking at this: amazon.co.uk/Tra…s_1

Good reviews, and it's the model above for only £3-£4 more.

As per the official website

transcend-uk.com/Pro…274

Read 21 MByte/s, Write 10 MByte/s (32GB);

I bought the 16gb version of this from amazon about a week back which is the transcend Jetflash 300 and can say that the write speed is up to 11MB/s with the file transfer started at like 50MB/s and then dropping to a stable 11MB/s (although it sticks around in the teens for quite a bit). Can't say it would be the same for this stick but I'd imagine so.

I'm very impressed myself as I've only seen it drop to the lowest point when transferring a 11gb file.

Jetflash 300 - different models have different speeds

Transcend TS32GJF600 seems the best for the money

As per Op, and 7dayshps descriptiom, they claim it has a write speed of 10mb/s So your figures are pretty much what can be expected
