I'm after a micro SD card for my new phone (T-Mobile Vivacity) and I'm tempted by this deal. This is great price for a 32GB card and I've had good experience with 7dayshop. The only trouble is I doubt if I'd ever use so much storage! You can get an 8GB card for about £3.60 which is cheaper per GB of memory than this 32GB card so I'll probably opt for that instead.
Hot.
Would a class 4 be fast enough to play movies and the like on a Archos Tablet?

class hasn't got anything to do with read speed which movie playback would depend on.
5MB/s would play the highest bitrate full hd bluray rips... as read speed is generally 2-3times faster than write this should handle any playback fine.
It's Micro SDHC card mad on here at the moment

Thank goodness, I always take the greatest care when choosing a Micro SD card...
That is super hot! Nice find!
Bargain, wish I'd waited.
It's 7dayshop, after the last fiasco with DDR3 memory, I wouldn't be surprised if they realised they were cheaper than Play.com or Amazon, cancelled the orders and put them back up at £19.99 or something like that...
I like Transcend. Got a couple of their SD's and they're great.
As for 7 day shop, yes, that absolutely destroyed their rep, and they've done similar with Amazon. But they're trying to blank that by actually sticking to the rules now. But their rep is in tatters (heard about all this elsehwere)

Thank you for the comment, I didn't realise that.
Bought as class means nothing to me, dont care how long it takes for a movie to be put on a card or music, I can wait a couple minutes or so.

Thanks, now I can give my 8gb in my evo 3d to my wife as I just bought her a liquid metal.
I'd recommend Transcend from my limited experience of them. Have a 32GB high speed pen drive, a year old, and it works flawlessly.

Mind you, I have a 32GB Integral MicroSD (Class 4) in my Desire HD and it's rebooting randomly a lot at the moment. Can't figure out what's causing it.
thanks... ordered one.. heat added!
I've used transcend for a few years now, all from 7dayshop. Had an 8GB class 6 fail on me about a year ago. 7dayshop were great. Sent it back and it was replaced. It was over 2 years old too.
I've had 3 transcend items and they've all been junk - speed well below what's stated and errors galore. Never had a problem with Kingston or Sandisk - so stick with those these days. Also 7day shop have a joke returns policy where, you're expected to use a had written credit note to use on another purchase and can only order with this credit note by faxing an order form with your full credit card details (inc 3 digit security number). Imagine sending that lot off into the ether. They know most people, like me, wouldn't dream of risking that so just bin the note. Don't see the point in saving a quid here or there from just getting a sandisk card off amazon or play - so cold.
