thanks

Travelodge can be dreadful at times but I'd happily stay for £10. I think the last time the deal was on there was quite a gap between the sale and the first available rooms... I'm not the sort to plan in advance so rooms available from 10th June suits me fine.

mmmmmmmmmm nice

Thank you! Been waiting for this.

Cant Wait !!!!

Whats wrong wiv people

Set a reminder on my phone, im after accomodation in london at the beginning of august and would love to use a hotel rather than hostel ......

I've just booked a room for £29 on 15th June, then I see this deal!!

Travelodge £10 sale starts 6am Thursday 9 June 2011

-Last time it started at midnight, and by 0600 most of the rooms had sold out, and the site was down!
Joke.

Anyone one know which hotels this will be at?....Wonder if any will be cheap at Birmingham airport

Remember these rooms are NON-REFUNDABLE, so if you really need it book it. I personally wouldnt touch them again because they are known to over-book and tell you to get lost without a refund, Premier Inn steals all the best rated staff.

Not quite true - deal was posted on Feb 25th and I booked a couple of £10 rooms for September on March 4th :-)

I've stayed a couple of times with the sale rooms (£9 and £10 a night sales etc); and I think they're brilliant value, especially as I wouldn't be able to afford to take the little one away to the seaside on anything other than this deal. Bargain - and yes, double and family rooms are included in this deal!

Have you got any actual evidence of this happening - other than hearsay?

Nice

These seem to stat every month abd you can never get them for £10 in major citys.

Bit of a pisser that it is just over a week before the football fixtures come out

26,000 rooms isn't very much once you spread them amongst their 500 odd properties and over 15 weeks that's about 3 nights per week per hotel at the low rate. Back in the day when Travelodge were much smaller these sales were often for 100k rooms. They have been dining out on the fame of those sales for too long.

We stayed at the Kingston one a few weeks ago for £19- it was fab, very clean and modern- great for the theme parks, but only about 15 miles outside Central London as well, would recommend that one!!

They do overbook but if they do, they put you in another hotel, pay you to get there and compensate you as well. I love the idea that you prepay for a room and then, when you arrive, they tell you to get lost, I wish it was true but it isn't. I have direct experience of this on several occasions.

Haha, I am booked into that TL next month. Honestly ... how odd. But at the same time fair play. They make a good point that its cheaper than a residential home and includes all their bills.

We stayed in a Travelodge in March and there were holes in the walls and the mains sockets in our room were severely damaged with electrical cables poking out. The first receptionist we informed didn't even give a stuff.

Fortunately there was another more friendlier receptionist on duty on the day we were leaving who this time took an interest by getting the manager involved who gave us a full refund of our stay. I think they shat themselves in case we took it any further!

Here is a couple of the pics I took as proof:
