This price for a family of 4. On the Sunday into the bank holiday Monday for £13pp I think is pretty good value considering it's central location. Imo Chester is a lovely place to stay and visit. If you want to check in earlier 12 noon instead of 2pm it's an extra £10.

Not cheap for Sunday !!!

Personally for a bank holiday Sunday I thought it good value. Each to their own though
Other city centre locations are approx £30, so expensive imo.
Am I missing something with this deal?
Chester Central Bridge Street is only £29 for the same date
That's expensive for a Travelodge room. They charge per room per night, not per person.

Anyone thinking of taking up this deal go for the Chester Central Bridge Street. It is a much nicer / newer travelodge.
Not sure how expensive is this, I needed a family room in Leeds last Sunday and could not find anything under £100. In the same time comments suggest cheaper in other Travelodge central, so perhaps may be expensive. I paid £26 for a family room in Solihull, close to Birmingham airport.
It's there something on in Chester that day that is so fantastically popular that people travel to go to it? Otherwise I don't see a deal.

Chester races on the day before (23rd) but as others have said, Bridge Street is just as central and nicer tbh - local speaking here..

Depends on the cities. Not all cities are equal imo

Also its only £25 if your just a couple. Price increases for a family of 4. As it does with most travelodge hotels

Is price quoted for a family room / 4 people. This hotel is half the price for a double room and 2 people staying

Same date and place just quick search with same kind of money u can get Mercury 4star Hotel

Bridge Street is on a crossroads about 50 yards from the busiest taxi office in town. Granted its a Sunday and not Saturday but noise factor may be greater. Location wise to the city its absolutely non existent difference though.

Technically could be as little as £5.19 per person.

Amazing how many people can fit into a room (and have a good nights sleep) when drunk enough.
When you live on the Wirral why would you think this is a good offer? I think its a self promotion myself.

Because compared to other hotels this imo is a great price for a great location, literally right opposite the roman ruins and a 30 second walk from Chester High Street
