reluctantly used these when I had a travelling job , certainly wouldn't use one for a family break.

Thanks for heads up. Need to book a room for January.

Premier Travel Inn are much better but for prices from £9 - HEAT !

Premier Inn was formed by merger of Premier Lodge and Travel Inn to form Premier Travel Inn. But, because the name was so close to Travelodge, they later re-branded the name to just Premier Inn.

You learn something every day!

And your point is?

Any of these in Southampton?

can anyone confirm that these are normally available an hour or two before the six o'clock start time? I think I read it in a post on here about a previous sale.

is for all of 2011? i thought they do this in batches of three months at a time

Excellent, I have been compiling a list of concert dates and long journeys that need overnight stays just waiting for this sale. heat added.

always a good shout.
will book a few

Stayed in these for a few months earlier in the year when working away, they are spot on for the money. Stayed in a lot worse dumps for more money. £9 a night is an absolute bargain! If you get in quick you can pretty much get anywhere you want with these sales.

Website states..."selected nights for stays between 1st January and 28th December 2011" The information is at the bottom of the page

hot hot hot!

Hope they do that one in Cornwall again. That was ace :-)

Cheers... May come in handy.

Steer clear of the one in Scarborough unless you're part of a hen/stag do, and only want use of the bottle opener in the room and not sleep in the beds...they're rock hard oO

Nope - you can get up at 4am if you want, but right up till 6am you'll get a message telling you to come back later. Freezin' at that time - remember to put the heating on early that day and be prepared for lots of crashes until you finally get your booking.

Possibly, Vat goes up next month.

stayed in different travelodges in last few months, i can say it is definitely worth it if you can get them for few quid. in fact, some new travelodges are like 4 stars i can say, in terms of tidyness, comfy room and what not. without breakfast, of course.
voted hot!!

Nice deal

Great. Just had a weekend in Blackpool courtesy of the last £9 sale

If the sale includes lodges in some city centres,i can definately recommend,York central (adjoins Wetherspoons,so great for cheap brekkies and evening meals/drinks),Newcastle central (right on the quayside) and Sheffield central. The ones in Leeds and Manchester are not bad.HTH
