Trekstor have gone for the 'Surface' look on this, although quite obviously this is aimed at those on a lower budget, with lower specs. A nice size at 13.3" with a full HD IPS screen though. Yep, it is 64GB although there is room for expansion should you want to do that.

Good for casual home use

Hey, I don't know if anyone has said this yet but it's probably worth adding the price (£179.99) to the title
Cant see the price in the title...:,-)

Would this be good enough to be used for an EPOS and nothing more? hmm
Bargain for £180 delivered.

Does anyone have any feedback for the Trekstor company? What other company are they equivlienat too?
Also I just noticed it comes with a German keyboard? Can anyone confirm this?
Would it be easy to expand the storage? I really don't know how to do that. Is it just a case of buying the ssd and installing it in a slot?
wow looks just like my surface pro.

Well spotted. The German keyboard is a nightmare. Not only the Z swapped place with the Y, other functions are mixed up as well...

No one seems to be complaining in the reviews on the site though? Maybe they’ve just used the German pictures and it actually comes with a UK one hmm, not sure

If that's the case, it's a bargain
I've just bought one for delivery tomorrow so I'll let people know about the keyboard. Basically I just bought it as a cheap tablet but we'll see how it goes.
Other than the M.2 slot, the Linx 12 has been as low as £80 which is basically the same thing. Keyboard isn't great but then it's half the price too. Linx is also QWERTY, German keyboard is a nuisance.

might be a bit risky wouldn't you need to super glue it to something solid

nice spec but a bit heavy to use as a tablet at over 1.1 KG

Yeah, their support is none existent. If you want a PSU replacing under warranty then forget it. Didn't help the supplier had gone bankrupt so that was the only option..

Should be ok dealing with ebuyer though.

Please do..
I'm hesitating.
Need a device to give to kids, when they deserve it, to watch YouTube, learn coding with Scratch and play their favourite games: Ikea planner and occasionally Minecraft.

Will do although I'm not sure the processor in this will be able to do all of the things you want it to - certainly not all at the same time! . One or two reviews say that the N3550 in this particular model can stutter at little when multi-tasking. Again, will let you know.
For those worried about the keyboard I found this link amazon.co.uk/TRE…BTB that specifies a UK keyboard and if you look at the answered questions although there are none regarding the keyboard the answers are supplied by Ebuyer so I'm guessing this would be the same model.

You're right and frankly Windows tablets are just about the worst things for playing games anyway, might as well go Android or iOS if that's the aim.
I cant find anything about memory card reader. Does it have one or no?

Interesting. It's not mentioned in the video (the other slot is) and it's not visible in photos.

Might be worth contacting them?

Or if you want it and are worried it might sell it out then buy it and if it doesn't have it complain that it's false advertising
there are few german reviews on youtube. this one shows and mentions it at 1:52
youtube.com/wat…112

it turns out photos also show it

Well spotted. I'd actually seen that but was looking for full size SD slot, just realised it says micro! Doh! Well noticed @cocollino
eMMC - eeks

if you do add the ssd, check if you can move the OS to ssd, otherwise this will be sloooooooowwwww as mouse pushing an elephant on a stationary truck bed.

Just received the tablet today and the keyboard is definitely a QWERTY and not the German version. However, this model lacks the fingerprint scanner that is shown on the image above. First impressions are largely positive although I've only just gone through the Windows registration and set up process. I will say the speakers are not of the highest quality but, hey, what do you expect for under £180! The build quality is definitely good though. Can't comment on performance at this stage but will let you all know. Have a good weekend!

So, I've just updated to the latest version of Windows and things seem to be running okay. The odd stutter here and there but need to keep in mind the price and the specs.

It has its own dedicated charger. I haven't been able to get it to charge via any of my USB c cables/chargers.
