Cheap it is, but this time of year better off paying a bit more for a good winter screenwash that won't freeze in your water bottle the first sign of frost.

Bit extra for anti freeze wash.

Heat; ordered for C&C.

Look out for the Lidl concentrate screen wash, it just lasts for ages.

I thought you linked to the winter solution which is £4.99 and £3.39 after using the code.

Now i've seen there's a cheaper non winter version....

Agree it's fantastic stuff, protects down to -60C neat IIRC, been buying it for years. However my local Lidl never stocked it last winter, so I'm keeping fingers crossed for this winter.

Too quick to comment rather than reading the post.

There's also this stuff good for -75C neat. It's only a 1l bottle, but dilutes well.

Hopefully lidl/aldi will have their -70C stuff soon, usually £5 or £6 for 5L

Ordered, thanks

Does it contain alcohol? Has anyone tasted it?

Am I missing something here? Never seen it below -18oC in this country. Why would you need -50oC or -70oC? Genuine question.

You don't. It just means it's super-concentrated and so can be diluted massively and still protect down to say -10 to -15C.

While this stuff only protects down to -8C undiluted. Still better than most of the supermarket stuff though. I use this diluted spring to autumn and either undiluted in winter, or the aldi/lidl stuff in extreme winter. Never had trouble with doing this, but the supermarket stuff (concentrated) freezes easily.

It's been near -30 up North before, was -22 back 2010 when had a bad winter.

They won't formulate it to suit country to country.
