The cheapest I have seen these, and I haven't seen any fish oils with as high EPA/DHA in each capsule.

Great buy for everyone who is health concious out there, and these really do have so many benefits!

Please don't vote cold based on the amount of oil per capsule, its the EPA/DHA (these are the omega 3 fats) that are important to look at

Triple strength but it is more than 6 times the price of the Fish oil tablets I take so kind of defeats the purpose.

How much combined EPA/DHA does capsule contain that you are talking about?

Thing is I wouldn't be keen on popping several pills to get the equivalent of the 952mg EPA/DHA provided in a single capsule of these.

EPA = 180mg
DHA = 120mg

The diet I am currently on I am taking 6 per day X)

Nice one! Mind sharing the link? :P I don't think I'd be able to take 6 lol, but will look into it.

I've definitely noticed an improvement in my mental health (mood, feeling happier), and physical health since I started taking fish oils, albeit I also started taking multivitamins and tulsi (holy basil) and VitD.

And for anyone trying to lose fat, these can HELP, not make you lose weight just by popping these but as a supplement if your diet is sorted.

alternatively, you could be stocking up on the real thing - several supermarkets are selling whole salmon at £5/kg (£12.52 will get you decent sized fish)
I'm curious...........I eat fish several times a week - would taking such a high dosage of EPA/DHA along with having fish in my diet really going to have any added benefits? Or is this product for those that are vegan and/or don't care for the taste

Oh, and I just want to say one more thing: EPA/DHA!

Thanks

I do eat a lot of fish as well. Afaik there are no official recommended daily intake of omega-3 I wouldn't exceed 2000mg a day though. Too much can have an anti-clotting effect on your blood.

I get mine from lidl.

They are £1.45 for 45 capsules.

Minavit omega 3 fish oil capsules.

Tbh it's the the cheapest I had 1000mg capsules unless you wanted to buy In bulk from ebay but to beat the price you would be looking at getting around 300-500 at one go.

If you have a lidl local it would be worth a look.
