Hose yer daddy
Gotta love the hose... Hot
Thanks was just about to look for one of these
Most importantly it has a 10mm bore , "10mm will deliver more water with very little pressure loss compared with a small bore shower hose (typically 8mm)".

Good point and as another alternative with 11mm bore....

These are good quality. Had bought a much more expensive Grohe model that I had to return because despite claims that it did, it just didn't fit my existing shower. The Triton one I bought after that was a simple and easy fit and is still in daily use many years later.

Yep I have low pressure and my 2 showers have something similar to this resulting in much improved flow. Ive also removed the little strainers from the bar but this requires dismantling. Probably not recommended lol.
But yup anyone seeing this post should change to this larger bore to improve flow.
