Had one of these since they appeared many years ago, made by Elu.
Won it in a competition.
Would never have bought one but would not be without it now.
So much better than a workmate and extremely well made.
Can highly recommend.
Hi,got one of these, don't know if it the same make, but same design.its fab really handy device
Would the evolution one and the saw not be a better deal?
Are these as good as the Rockwell JawHorse? I'm guessing not as the JH is way more expensive, but I feel hearing real the personal experienceld from real world users is better than to base quality on actual cost alone.

Saying that, the jaws on the one I was looking at could open to accomodate 8'x4' sheets materials, but was 3+ times more than this.

Ordered this one anyway, as I wanted an alternative to the BDW for a long time now.

Can you stand on it? Don't forget I'm a fat mother trucker so not your average build, lol
Looks like a real cool gadget, a must have but don't know why.

I’ve got the Triton and it’s superb. No idea about the Rockwell but reviews for both are great. Cant imagine there’s much difference really but I’d say Rockwell is generally priced at a premium compared to Triton anyway
I thouht this was some sort of sniper rifle from the initial pic

I have this …I have this onehttps://www.travisperkins.co.uk/tools-and-workwear-clearance/wesco-heavy-duty-jawhorse/p/537511Really solid and very pleased with it.

Thanks, ordered the TP one for £60 - looks pretty identical and £20 cheaper.
Thanks OP, just ordered and heat added.

Been looking at this for a few weeks after seeing it used on various DIY YouTube videos but hadn't seen the XXL version on sale anywhere for less than £99.99 so I'm happy to have saved another few quid. For once I've bought a deal I do actually need!!

From what I read, Triton were the original manufacturer of this type of workstation.

I think it's the SJA300 in the Triton range that is the daddy and looks a lott more substantial.

Not readily available in the UK anymore as far as I can see.

Will check again later when on PC.

Anyway, ordered one of these from Screwfix for collection tomorrow.

That one has the same feet as the "Rockwell".

Thought the Workmate type was the only way for practical DIY usefulness, but this with the wide opening jaws more practical in some ways. Two of these and sturdy piece of wood would make a good workbench that is collapsible.

The Travis Perkins one looks to be more like the "Rockell" version:
