Sorry Rayman but I wouldn't touch one of these cheap full suspension MTB's - they weigh a ton and the quality is rubbish. Forget full suspension unless you're prepared to pay £400+.

If you're like me & want a bit of exercise & a bit of fresh air but don't want to bomb up & down hillsides all over the counryside then these bikes are great & at that price you can't go wrong

Don't get me wrong cheap MTB's are fine but I'd recommend avoiding these budget full suspension bikes. A cheap rigid MTB or front suspension bike will be lighter and probably cheaper than this.

I would agree. Also using a full suspension bike you lose something like 20% of the energy put into pedalling because of the suspension so not ideal for regular use.
