Heres one for the HD DVD crowd tired of the Blu Ray camp scoffing at the "redundant" format, cheaper on HD DVD, can be picked up for a couple of quid!

Gamestation if they have any left now, Ebay, Amazon Marketplace...they were clearing this out at a lot of places a few months ago, stocks are beginning to dry up now though, but if like me you own both formats, and want this title, you should be able to pick it up cheaper on HD DVD.

Look what you guys are making me do... This is the Director's Cut. The HD version is the theatrical cut. It's a hot deal, the cut is supposed to be a lot better. And not a bad price.

OP, you might want to add that to your title.

Ahh, score another to red. I didn't realise they released both versions of it on HD.

It's not about scoring as far as I am concerned, I own both formats, it's about cost to me, I just get sick of threads from Blu Ray fanboys dissing HD DVD saying its dead and there is only old movies on it, then when a thread comes along with an old film on Blu Ray its the best thing since sliced bread.

So happens I am a movie fan rather than a format fan, I know the quality between Blu Ray and HD DVD is the same, just so happens I buy whatevers the cheapest for my own pocket, if the titles released on both formats, you can almost guarantee unless its a rare HD DVD you can get it cheaper on HD DVD naturally.

I'm in exactly the same boat. Check my post history, But my memory was fuzzy enough not to remember the cut being released on HD. Ive since remembered a conversation being told it was released after I'd ordered the theatrical version. In all honesty, im more of a HD fan for many reasons.
