Trunki kids luggage case £12 in store morrisons Newquay

15
Found 20th Jan
Walking out of morrisons Newquay and noticed theses Trunki's for £12!! I have seen posted elsewhere at £15 but now at £12.

Seemed to have plenty (down at the bottom of the self check out, on the way out of the building).

Apparently this is now nationwide

Absolute pile of . Not sure why who thought it'd be a great idea to arm a child with a four wheeled 'vehicle' when you need them to stay close by and not scoot off into the airport sunset while your busy trying to find your boarding pass! Heavy before you've even put anything in them, clunky and little space for stuff inside compared to the size it takes up in the overhead lockers. Oh and if they aren't dunting into strangers heels and annoying people your lumbered with the task of pulling a case that has an entire mini human weighted on the end of the strap. Buy a backpack and thank me later!

Heat added, thanks @ShaneDarch
Heat for the price, still £15 in Bradford Victoria on shelf, unsure about the scanning price
Managed to pick up one of these for £10.50 in the Neath store last week! Heat added for price though - they tend to retail at £30+
That is a bargain !!

They had a few in Plymouth Outland Road yesterday

Sell for more on ebay second hand, buy them!

That said, we've got two, and we've done two trips with them and the novelty is over. Useful sized hand baggage for kids, but too big for age 3 or less, and age 5, they are beyond a wheeled case. Our Trunkis will be on eBay this year.
We've now switched to the Boostapaks which are more practical, as they use them as child safety seats in taxis, on trains, and on the plane (but only when seat belt sign is off) which enables them to see out of the window.

Heat for the price find.

I second that it’s easy to scoot away from you parents.. I remember when I was a kid my parents got me one of these for our family holiday over Christmas .. i was busy trying to close the clip properly and it just would not click! Anyway I lost my dad in the airport but chased a fella with the same coat on thinking it was him 😳 long story short I landed in New York and my parents? They where in Florida! Still £12 is a bargain .. lightning sure couldn’t strike twice? 🤨
Thanks grabbed one from Whitley Bay. Couple left.

think we paid about £18 for the Gruffalo one on offer a couple of years back
Saw a handful of them in Letchworth this morning. (by the eggs)
They’re on half price offer even in Trunki shops at the moment ....remember they’re really only suitable for average sized 4 yearold children.

Interesting. My experience was the complete opposite. These were a godsend for my two, when they were younger. I know of other parents who say the same, too. The size is just right for Ryanair hand luggage, incidentally.
Doesnt apply in Scotland stores.....total crap deal
