Stevia leaf sweeteners are one of the more healthier alternatives to sugar I believe

My go-to choice of sweetener for years, no adverse side-effects and absolutely fine on keto as well for anyone wondering! One of the healthiest and "cleanest" sweeteners out there. (edited)

I have been using this on my breakfast cereal for a while now, should I stop? Are those ingredients really that bad? I had no idea.

I'd agree that something like Aspartame isn't particularly good for you (makes you hungrier apparently), but thought Stevia/Erythritol was ok?! As you say Google has tons of misinformation

I’ve researched & cannot see anything that says Truvia is ‘bad’ for you. And everything I have read says it’s a much better than sugar.
