What's JUST MILK?
JUST MILK products are UHT (long life) milk products. It’s just as good for you; has just as much calcium; is just as delicious and is just as versatile in the kitchen, as pasteurised ‘fresh’ milk.

However, the advantages that JUST MILK has over pasteurised, are it’s much longer shelf-life and that it can be stored at room temperature until you’re ready to use it.

all about UHT milk in 2 minutes
This is because unlike pasteurised milk which is only heated to 72°c, long life milk is heated to 140°c which gets rid of every single spore present in untreated milk.

So there’s no more running out of milk late at night and having to dash out to the garage, in the pouring rain, in your jim-jams and your anorak! JUST MILK comes in a handy 6 pack and can be stored along with all your other tinned goods until you need it. Then it’s ready to take its rightful place in the fridge - chilled, delicious and versatile, ready to be used just like any other milk!

JUST MILK Range
What is lactose intolerance?
Lactose intolerance affects over 3.25 million people in the UK (Lactose Intolerance Introduction ), many of whom aren’t even aware of their condition. But what is it, and what can people do about it?

Lactose is a naturally occurring sugar found in milk and dairy products. In order to digest lactose, the body needs to produce an enzyme called lactase, but some people don’t produce enough, which can lead to digestive discomfort, including bloating, stomach pains and diarrhoea.

Thankfully, JUST MILK Lactose Free* has had lactase added which breaks down lactose and makes milk easier to digest. Now you can enjoy all the same foods and health benefits of milk as part of a healthy balanced diet.

So choose a bowl of cereal before work or a large latte at lunchtime. Enjoy a refreshing milk shake, or a naughty slice of cake. With JUST MILK Lactose Free*, the choice is yours again.

Please note: JUST MILK Lactose Free* is not suitable for cows’ milk allergy sufferers or those with Galactosaemia.
* less than 0,1% lactose

For anyone with a mobile device, you can’t print the voucher so don’t bother. With any luck, companies like this will realise some of us only have tablets and phones

I was allergic to milk as a baby. Now I can’t stand the stuff. It’s like a really cold weird drink of water

you are not supposed to drink the milk on its own. you add it to tea or coffee. i really hate drinking milk on its own unless it is milkshake.

good luck to anyone finding this lactose free milk available at sainsburys. most stores do not stock them, not even if the website state that they do.

i like coffee and tea, especially with cakes and biscuits.

i also love macdonalds milkshake. if you try macdonalds milkshake you can not fail to like it, unless you don't like ice cream as it is like drinking ice cream

It's not on the fridge it's where the UHT milk is kept.
