Not tried them yet but will let you know when I do... X)

Be careful if you have already claimed a 'try me free' Birds Eye product refund.

They only refund once per household no matter if the products are different.

Been confirmed by them on their facebook page as well. Some have managed to claim more than one product, but most have been refused.

That's ridiculous and very misleading. Thanks for the information though... X)

We claimed twice for the other promotion , just used different addresess as the parents live nearby

Had one of my claims rejected. Can't believe a huge organisation could be so 'tight-fisted'.Shame on them.

really? I got refunded less for their postage charges...

Thanks KiKai - will watch out for in Waitrose - almost perfect match for a daily newspaper £1.80 credit on bill (wink).

No problems here, or with other family 'households', in the past with being paid promptly by Birds Eye when making 'try me free' claims for different product ranges - eg
trying one of the few "lightly dusted cod fillets" early this year
and one of the half-dozen or so "Stir your senses" this year
and one of the few "Inspirations chargrilled fish" last year
(I wouldn't expect them to pay out for trying multiple variants within eg each of those three new ranges.)

My claim for this product been declined because I have claimed in the past for different product so anybody thinking of doing the same need to be careful.

I've claimed for different products without a problem. Just had 2 cheques for try me free products within days of each other.

Must be lucky, same thing happened to us,we claimed for two items that were on COS recently as a freebie & we only received one refund, bit of a joke as nowhere does it say one claim per household on ANY of their products!

I claimed on different BirdsEye products and it was OK.:)
I claimed twice on the same product however and they sent me a letter back saying it got rejected.:(
Also it took about a month for it to get processed.

Probably not - usually the case when they're non specific about the type of fish or try and promote wholegrain/omega-3 or whatever. It's a distraction technique so people forget they're using that horrible pollock - they need to keep profits up by selling cheap fish in place of cod or haddock!

Each to their own, we quite like pollock in our house. Plus it's a (currently) more sustainable species...
