These Offer Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Amazon.co.uk Terms of Use, which you also agree to when you use the Amazon.co.uk website.

Eligibility:
This offer is only valid for customers that meet both of the following requirements ("Eligible Customers"): Customer is located in the UK and has a billing address in the UK. Customer received an email from Amazon promoting the Offer or clicked on a marketing banner on amazon.co.uk promoting the Offer. During the Offer Period, customer must (1) activate the promotion on the promotional landing page located at [amazon.co.uk/b?node=22775598031]; (2) subscribe to the Prime 30 Day Free Trial plan between 10:00 am BST on 26 of June 2023 and 11:59 BST on 12 of July 2023.

Prime 30-day Trial*Amazon Prime 30-day free trial will auto-renew at £8.99 per month or £95 per year after the 30-day trial. Please see Amazon Prime Terms and Conditions which you agree to when signing up to the Prime free trial.

Offer:
Eligible Customers shall receive a £10 promotional reward to redeem against a future Qualifying Purchase on amazon.co.uk (the "Offer") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Offer can only be redeemed against a future Qualifying Purchase totalling or exceeding £30 ("Minimum Purchase Requirement"). Taxes, shipping and handling, and gift wrap charges do not apply when determining Minimum Purchase Requirement

Offer Period: This Offer will be available to Eligible Customers who subscribe to the Prime 30 Day Free Trial plan between 10:00am BST on 26 June 2023 and 11:59pm on 12 July 2023 (unless 10,000 Eligible Customers recieve the Offer into their Amazon account prior to this date, at which point access to the promotion will end) ("Offer Period").

Redemption: Once an Eligible Customer takes the actions to qualify for the Offer , the £10 promotional reward will automatically apply to the customer's Amazon account and may be used for a future Qualifying Purchase. The promotional reward must be redeemed between 10.00 am BST on June 26 2023 and 11.59 pm BST on July 12 2023. Amazon will email eligible customers and confirm that the £10 promotional reward has been added to the relevant customer account within three days of completing all of the actions to qualify for the Offer. The promotional reward shall expire (and will be removed from customer’s account) at 11:59 PM (BST) on July 12 2023.

Qualifying purchase

The Offer can only be used on purchases which meet the following criteria (the "Qualifying Purchase")

Qualifying Items: The Promotional Code may only be redeemed against items sold by Amazon at the website amazon.co.uk, excluding Gift Cards, items sold by third party Sellers (even if "fulfilled by Amazon" or "Prime Eligible"), Warehouse Deals, digital products, e-books, alcohol, baby and infant formula, e-cigarettes (including e-liquids, refills and accessories), Luxury Stores, Amazon devices and accessories, delivery costs, or against gift wrapping costs.
The Offer cannot be used on items sold by Amazon sellers other than "Amazon UK" (e.g., the offer does not apply when the seller is "Amazon IT", "Amazon FR", etc.).
Each Eligible Customer can claim up to a maximum of one Offer during the Offer Period. The maximum benefit that Eligible Customers may receive from this Offer is a single £10 promotional reward to redeem against Qualifying Items of at least £30.
The Offer is only redeemable if the same delivery speed is selected for all Qualifying Items. Please check the "Delivery Details" section during checkout to confirm that all Qualifying Items have the same delivery speed.
Unless otherwise specified on the landing page of the relevant promotion or by Amazon, the Offer may not be used on pre-existing orders or in conjunction with any other offer or promotional code.
Minimum Purchase Requirement: The Offer is subject to the Minimum Purchase Requirement for Qualifying Items, so: if you remove Qualifying Items from your Basket, so that the combined purchase value of the remaining Qualifying Items at checkout falls below the Minimum Purchase Requirement, the Offer will cease to apply; if you cancel your order for a Qualifying Item (so that the combined purchase value of the remaining Qualifying Items falls below the Minimum Purchase Requirement), the Offer will cease to apply; and if you return a Qualifying Item (so that the combined purchase value of the Qualifying Items you retain falls below the Minimum Purchase Requirement), Amazon will deduct the value of the Promotional Reward from the refund.
If you use our 1-Click ordering method, the Offer will not apply to your order.
Additional Terms:

This Offer is open to the first 10,000 Eligible Customers that satisfy these terms and conditions.
The Offer has no cash redemption value and is not transferable, assignable, or able to be resold. If, when redeeming the Offer, you place an order for a Qualifying Purchase and then return or cancel that order, the Offer cannot be refunded or re-used.
The Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn, modified, extended or amended without notice. The Offer has no cash alternative.
