Be prepared to wait for these if you order, good deal but they take ages to deliver and their customer support is terrible.
I ordered a Gavin and Stacey box set and it took 3 weeks!I also sent 3 emails and didn't get a reply off one.The package came this morning from Singapore!!!!!!

I am prapared to wait - I did for The Wire at £10 a season and that was well worth it.

Apart from the time it make take, for the price you can't really knock three seasons for £10 ~ £3 a season when season 3 alone costs £18.

this might seem a bit fishy to some, but the seem to do ridiculous deals to attract people to their website - why not take advantage of them

Like I have mentioned in a previous thread, they have had their affiliate program suspended due to non-payment. Use them at your own risk, but they are struggling to pay their bills and this looks to me like a "firesale".

I bought a cd from them on the 13th dec and it arrived by the 18th not bad concidering where it comes from.

Did anyone get their boxset... I've sent an email asking where mine is ~ they have just repled and it seems they dont have any!

At the end of the day - this is a complete bargain if it does materalise (£33 elsewhere) . I'm only losing the interest on £10, which will be more than worth it if I do get it. If not, just get money back. Think I will wait a bit longer. They haven't said they definately can't get it.

I emailed them again.... asking when they thought the delivery may be... I then got a notification from rbs worldpay giving me a refund.

This will be the first and last time I shop at BangCD. Useless company, you have to question whether they had any intention of delivering this. Any shopping cart template can match orders to stock levels. BangCD are selling stock they don't have and then sitting on the cash for weeks.
