I would think twice about trusting them to supply my Christmas food, or a least make sure you check that they have charged you correctly.

Been using Musclefood for years including last years Christmas turkey hamper and I haven't had one issue so I can recommend them 100%

I know that Darren, this is not an attempt to contact you but to warn others of my experience of using your company. I would also like to say that me and my family started using your company from the deal as above last year and only stopped ordering due to your glitchy site that would freeze after spending time trying to fight my way to place an order. Also orders I have rec,d have been short dated or damaged to the point that I would not have picked them off a Tesco shelf. I will be using my local independent butcher in future, where I can buy the amount I need and not have to freeze or eat any fresh meat with 24 hours for reciept. Oh dear Darren Chloe was sent serveral emails, chances for your company to help me understand what had gone wrong.

Thanks for the feedback Peachy. With a Trust Pilot score of 9.3 which is higher than all the supermarkets, Ocado and nearly every seller of meat(s) we are obviously doing some things right and can be trusted, with Christmas order - but understand we can't please everybody :-)

Muscle Food have UK turkeys - but our artisan turkey (this one), is slow grown for us every year from a farm we picked in France. It is plucked days before you receive it. Why France? Was the best farm we have found. Feedback last year was fantastic. Hope that helps.

Hi Darren, good to see you are still keeping an eye on this thread. Your social media team seem to have forgotten about me!
I had replied to their comment shortly after(7 mins to be exact) I was asked for a ticket id (have provided any numbers I could find) and haven't received a reply as yet. I have replied to their comment in the hope that they will notice me, but they haven't!
The only alteration I made to my pending order was to update the credit card,I hadn't altered the food at all. As my new card was charged, I must have confirmed, so I am not sure how the promotion was removed?
Odd that the only thing to change on my order was the promotional offer!

Things go wrong sometimes, this I understand, but how a company handles the problem shows how good they are. So far, no good.
