Ear Force P11

PS3 Amplified Stereo Gaming Headset

The Ear Force P11 integrates premium stereo game sound with crystal-clear communication on the PlayStation Network (PSN) and PC/Mac to create an immersive audio environment for playing popular game titles. The P11 is two headsets in one. A stereo USB headset for chat sound and an amplified stereo headset for game sound. That means you can independently control chat and game sound from a single control box whether you’re playing PS3 or PC games. Large, comfortable ear cups with a lightweight, rugged design provide the ultimate in comfort during extended game play.

The P11 gives you a significant advantage because you can hear sound cues others can’t, so you’ll react faster and take them out before they take you out. If you’re serious about your PS3 gaming, then get serious about the sound. Move up to the Ear Force P11 and become a better player while experiencing your games as they were meant to be heard.

Engineered For Gaming

Amplified Directional Audio: Enhances game sounds for a more immersive experience.
Microphone Monitoring: Lets you hear what you’re saying while communicating with others.
Independent Volume Controls: Allows personalized balancing of game and chat sounds.
USB Powered: No batteries required.
Oversized 50mm Speakers: Premium sound from full bandwidth speaker drivers.
Bass Boost : Adds more depth and realism to the game audio.
PC Compatible: Also works with PC games and online chat.

looks pretty nice, was after a combined ps3/pc headset with decent directional audio.

resident evil branded ps3 usb headset, £15, amazon

noticed that while browsing. quick google reveals this to be a repaint of the officially licensed 4gamers cp-03 headset, £30 on play. probably not as good as turtle beach but half the price !

Good find, was deciding whether to go for Kilo or P11 but those Resi ones look a bargain.

after some google-fu i don't think they are pc compatible unfortunately, looking at the .pdf instructions it uses the ps3's avi multi out as well as an USB port. the turtle beach should be better and store page shows how to connect to pc

I got myself a pair of these today and they in my personal opinion these are just as good as any other headset. I only paid £26.00 but that's because I get 40% discount as I work for game. But these are brilliant and work wonders with all multiplayer games eg COD, AC Series and F1 games. Either way these are lightweight from what I have had before, and are nice and comfy. They don't work with Xbox or pc just for PS3. From what I got and it says on the box too.

Scrap the part saying don't work on PC they do but can't edit the post.

referring to the turtle beach ? tried them on in game today at a demo station and found cushions not only had a lot of earroom in them but also were quite stiff, not especially comfortable.
