I was looking for a semi decent gaming headset so I could game in my 'mancave' and came across this in my local GAME. It was such a great price that I had to take a punt. A brief google search suggested it would work with my PS4 as well as my Wii U.

I got home and tried it. It does. Score. (Microphone as well)

Oh sorry, I found it at Fareham. Not sure about PS3 as I don't own one.

Should do as they look like it's just a re skin of the p11.

I have the P11. It's the first headset I've used for gaining and it is fantastic.

Would go wireless but their stupidly expensive.

Saw these today in the Rotherham branch and they were still £50

Maybe you should ask them to scan it?

When you say these work with PS4 do you mean you can literally just plug it into the pad and the whole thing works or is it one where you need an adapter?

I own all Wii U branded headsets and I must say that the Tritton Kunai headset performs the best overall, however the N11's have more comfortable earcups for longer play sessions but seem to be quieter and have a sort of bassy sound to them. If you want any pictures of this headset feel free to ask as I have one at hand

Cool. The Tritton Kunai was £17.99 reduced from £39.99 right next to these headphones in the fareham branch. Both new, not used.

I find the Tritton Kunai to not be bassy enough. How do the mics compare?

I have the Tritton Kunai but if I use them for a long time they hurt my ears (they're not big enough/the right shape to fit over my ears properly) so I'd love to change them and these seems decent, I might check my local GAME and if they're £10 I will give them a try.

These are not worth the 9.99. Bought these when I got a Wii U. The maximum you can get volume wise on them is awful.

Any good with the PS4?

They seem great to my ears, although I'm no audiophile. It doesn't go up really really loud, although that's down to Sony and the console, as the previous headphones I used (sennheisers) were the same. Volume limiter I guess.

Anyway on unlocking that?

I noticed online they are not reduced, but are forsale for £24.99..

anyone seen this in a bolton store?

Marked at £29.99 Kidderminster. scanned through at £9.99 thanks op

Picked up a set from Peterborough yesterday- got beaten to posting the deal up
Good find if you can get them!

Had 4 or 5 left today in Glasgow Fort store, correctly labelled and very good! Confirmed working with PS4.

I got the last one that was in Crewe. I actually have the Tritton Kunai too. The ear cups on the N11 are definitely more comfortable, especially if you have anything but small ears. Sound-wise though, I'd say the Kunai are better. I've also compared the mic and I'd say both are equally as good.

There is no USB connector in it, just a standard audio connection, so whilst you may be able to hear on the PS3, I dont think you will have any chat facility. At least I couldn't see how to do it, not unless there is some adapter somewhere you can buy.

It seems to work on my PS4, in that I can hear gameplay on COD campaign mode, but I can't try it out properly because PSN is still down, however, when I go to devices I can register output from the mic when I speak into it. Will know for sure when I can connect to PSN and try chatting properly.

No more in Fareham, Waterlooville or Portsmouth (I had the last one there). 15 showing in stock on the Isle of Wight though.

If the microphone registers in the ps4 test settings then it will work online etc.

Do I need a covnerter for PC?

Game Birkenhead had 1 left in stock so I picked it up to use with my PS4 and 3DS. The headset was priced at £24.99 but when put through the till it was only £9.99. Very comfortable to wear but the volume isn't as loud as I would have liked, still a good headset and better than most other headsets in the same price range. Ask staff to check the price for you if it is not priced as £9.99

As I stated the N11's have more comfortable ear cups and I actually bought them for the very same reason you are considering them. However I soon went back to using the Trittons

Its working - finally managed to get on to PSN, and also tested in a chat party with my son :-)

I had to go into settings and max out the audio output, and then it was reasonable. Not as loud as other headphones I have, but then they didn't cost me only £9.99 either :-)

Great deal! Picked mine up from Gloucester GAME today - still priced at £49.99, but quick scan verified £9.99 sale. Very comfortable and works really well. Tried them out on multiplayer COD and MK8...

I walked straight passed one and got a ear one for 2x the price next time open your eyes

Just got one in The Lord street game in Liverpool had them in the back girl was shocked at the price and with all the points I had in my game card was even cheaper

Bought one from game, trafford center, price £9.99.

Glad I managed to help people grab a bargain! I suspect because the headphones have to be 'driven' (if that's the right word) by the battery in the gamepad, and that's the reason for the limit on volume. Having said that, they go plenty loud enough for me, and whack a punch when playing wolfenstein, with loads of bass and no distortion.

Quite a few in the Birmingham Bull Ring store, picked one up today.

Can the microphone work on pc games

I have Wii U branded Kunais that I use on my PS4. Awesome, I picked up for a great price, but volume could be higher if I'm honest. I have an fiio EO6 headphone amp that I use with my ipod and wondered if this could be used with the Kunai without blowing the internal speakers. Any ideas anyone?

Thanks to the OP! just got a set from the Oldham branch, they didn't have any on display, they checked out back and had 2 sets, so one still available of anyone is nearby. Original price sticker was for £29.99

1 on display in derby branch priced at 29.99 scanned at 9.99 thanks op
