What would you recommend for use with vr as I've not bought it yet

Any headphones are “vr” on PlayStation vr, don’t fall for the gimmick.

Have had these and they are canny... but I bought them for £40 and they have been around £20....

I found the sound underwhelming in Vive and PSVR.... After a while make the top of my head hurt.

No stock in the North West or Lincolnshire and not available for delivery. Great price if you are lucky to have stock nearby.

These are decent but add nothing to vr. They sound great with music and stuff but if the battery runs out you can’t use them. Annoying when you forget to turn them off

Depends how much you want to get into the game. A perfectly acceptable set of buds come with it (actually, with the v2, they are attached to the headset).

(Assuming we’re talking about PSVR here)

Not any will fit over the vr without the likelyhood of breaking.

Do u have any recommendations of any non vr ones that work well for use with PS4 vr?

I would agree with the poster about just getting a normal set of headphones/earphones...

I've bought the Platronics PS4 VR headset for £20 (they are very comfortable but not tried the audio yet... seems to have lots of contrdictory reviews on line)

Also bought the LS20's as a general PS4 headset but will see what they are like in VR

I would love to order the Bionik Mantis PSVR set if I could get them for £30-40 (they work out at £50 if you order on Amazon.com)

I was mainly talking about the “360” sound psvr converts the sound for any headphones. As for my personal choice I have the Sony pulse gtav headphones.
No comment on this deal, however i just had to deal with turtle beach for a replacement set of headphones, original request went in on the 20 November and the new ones arrived yesterday, after continuous chasing. However there was no argument on from TB on the actual fault.
TURDle Beach. Cheap tat
Bought the deal linked further up from Game, included Batman Arkham VR for £49.95. They turned up today and I tried to return them after 30 seconds. No noise cancelling at all so all I could here was my family, the TV and the dogs. Tried adding the mic and it just played the TV sound in the headset even louder, absolutely not PSVR suitable IMO. How can you claim immersive sound when all you can hear is the outside world. Back to my Xiaomi pistons for now.
BTW Game will only refund the hardware costs even without the code being used, £9.40 charge for that. A 9p saving on the lowest PSN price LOL Given the current headphones price I'll chance my arm on Facebook Marketplace or Ebay I think.
