Debatable as you could just be using their on demand service, but yes if you watch live you would need a tvl, also tvl can not ask for details from third parties anymore.
How does this compare to Now TVs Entertainment package?
Is this better than IPTV?

This technically is iptv it really depends what you want from a package, this offers 35+ premium channels such as SYFY, Universal, Discovery etc Also has options to add kids tv, boxnation if you want has itv boxoffice too.

You get a lot more channels (no SKY channels) ic quality wise nowtv wins nowtv also wins for on demand content, however with tv player you do get 10hrs recording time included and you can buy more if you need it.
I personally have nowtv and tvplayer alongside netflix and have all the tv i need for less than £20p/m
Does it work abroad?
