seems like alot. granted its £20 cheaper than rrp but its still a blooming expensive boxset. Especially for something that will just do your head in.

Well, it is a ten disk box set, and if you were fortunate enough to buy it before it was released in the UK market it could be gotten cheaper, I got the Scandinavian Release for £30. But those prices have now shot up to over £50.

For those that can wait, I am sure now its about to have an official UK release the price may drop further, but with a long waiting time and a £23 saving off RRP (that is 33% off) its a pretty good deal for Twin Peaks fans.

Considering as well that here we have also waited for Season 2 to be released on DVD outside of this box set, at a RRP of £49.99 alone for Season 2 and selling for ]£34.48 at Amazon alone for that I don't personally think both seasons together for £47 is overpriced at all. Lets face it most shows individual seasons are at least £20-£30.

With regards to it doing your head in, well some of us like to be challenged with TV instead of spoon fed, each to their own though.

brings back my memory watching this series....one of the best ive watched... and a biig biiig fan of dale cooper

Record Shop X is sellig the Scandinavian box for €39.90 (just under 35 pounds at the moment) + shipping 2.90€ (£2.50) if I understood right. That shop is Finnish and everything will be dispatched from Finland.

The lowest price has been ~£25 in some local stores but I don't have any good knowledge about those that deliver to UK. Anyway, compared to that, £47 isn't very cheap yet.

Good spot, not knowing Finnish stores, I could only go by any major international ones that still stock the Scandinavian boxset.

I bought mine from CD WOW about 1.5 years ago and I believe I got it for £26-27.
