I posted a deal yesterday for the 2nd season for £20. Today I noticed they had both seasons in the gold edition boxset for £30. Bargain! £45 online.

Snapped this up myself yesterday. I was initially hesitant as I believe 720p versions have recently appeared on iTunes which could indicate a future Blu-ray release. I finally made a decision based on it taking so long for a R2 DVD release to come out, that it could be years away before we see a Region B Blu-ray .

Well you can get it from thehut or zavvi for £34.85 with possible quidco at 3%, not too much more and i'd say its worth it!

This is a blast from the past - I loved watching this as weird as it was. Still think about it every time I see Kyle McLachlan on Desperate Housewives expecting him to say "Damn fine coffee and damn good cherry pie"!

Wow. Great series. I didn't even realise season 2 was available on DVD.

I remember this as a kid and all the controversy surrounding it. Recently got the dvd's from Love Film and it was very weird, kind of lost interest half way through though.

Landmark tv show. Waiting for them in HD myself though.

Season 1 is fantastic. I can remember watching it every Tuesday night on BBC2. There were 2 other people I knew that actually watched it. We all watched the final episode together. And went to the cinema to watch Fire : Walk With Me.

It all starts to fall apart in Season 2. David Lynch agrees. I bought this box set last summer and watched it back to back over a few days last summer.

It's still worth a watch, but watch the masterful Season 1 first.

Make yourself a cup of hot joe, cut yourself a slice of damn fine cherry pie and watch some of the best television ever made.

Audrey Horne. Need I say more.

Brilliant program, although I agree it does wander a little in Series 2.

I liked the bit where she went for a job in the brothel

I think you will be waiting a while, this apparently is a good transfer.

think this was before my time.....whats it like? What would it be comparative in quality to in terms of recent(ish) shows?

erm tough one, most people say this influenced later shows like X-Files and Lost

I'm in no rush, I watched the DVDs a few years ago.
