Bit hit and miss Jamie's.
Also portion size, think Slimming World handbook.
even better if he, and other multi millionaire chefs, provided a one day of free food gesture as many other establishments are now offering. Cost = pennies; benefit to those in need = life saving / priceless
A friend went Jamie’s places and the waitress came over and said he was there would they like to meet him, after saying yes had a quick chat finished their meal and asked for the bill, it included a special charge of £25 meet and greet obviously they didn’t pay it but bit cheeky that.

check if there are ther codes that will work, thus one seems to take off 10% but there was a one yesterday for 20% quick look and can’t find it though but could be out there

our local Italians do three courses for between £4.95 and £6 depending on location bet most places have them all round better value.

Unless it was a freebie i’d never pay good money to eat at jamies. Very meagre portion sizes, food is bland and it was simpy the worst chain ive eaten at

He eats the profits from the meagre portions and high costs
Yes very small portions in his UK restaurants but huge when eating at his restaurants onboard Royal Caribbean ships. Big American portions.

3 courses for £5?! Are you sure?
Never had a good experience at Jamie's Italian personally, no wonder they have been closing them down! The one in Greenwich is the worst.
Small portion sizes. I've not great a great appetite but I was left wanting more. Just call me Oliver.

Got to be joking! If that’s the case I’d get my bulimic bird to cough out what she ate and walk outta there without paying.

The cheek of things these days!

Yep soup or potato skins, any pizza or pasta and ice cream or coffee. Granted you might think ice cream or coffee is a course but trust me you won’t need any more to eat, the guy started off with one restaurant, now there must be around 20 and he franchises them as well. It all excellent, it’s cheaper up north

Loads of places do 3 courses for £5 here’s an example: Sambucas Restaurants

Remarkable really! Hampshire is synonymous with extortionate prices though, so I shouldn't be surprised at the difference but I am!

The real madness is until recently, they used to charge £3.95 for that offer!
Does this code only work for the Jamie Oliver groupon deal?
We ate their Christmas dinner in early Dec just now, 3-course for £25 + drinks+ services per person.

Very good people service and:-

1. Food very bland
2. Cheap cured meat platter (out of three varieties, one tasted so cheap and industrial scale that most people left it after a nibble), the other two varieties were as good as you can buy from Sainsburys : parma and another chirizo-type
3. The linguine was bland and stodgey, near zero amount of herbs and sauces, harder than al dente, prawns tiny
4. Belly pork was not succulent nor juicy, pre-cooked and then re-heated again (grilled or pan-fried again?), just about OK, portion size was small, creamed potatoes just about OK in taste but lacked flavour
5. Brussels sprouts so burnt that there was a pile left even though the portion per person was small, looked around other tables when waiter cleared up, piles of the same burnt brussel sprouts: tasted bitter and dry
6. The flash steak was OK, but then again you cannot go wrong with a steak
7. panettone with choco sauce, tasted disgusting, as sick as school puds, two of us couldn't eat it after a spoon and then the third person just picked out the candies in the panettone: the panettone was soggy into the gruel mess, the choco sauce was trade rough and tasted bulked up with something or was it trade chocolate with too much veggie fat content?

Altogether service is 8 out of 10.
Food quality and taste 1 out of 10
