Thought this would make a cheap meal out for a couple or for a group catch up in the over the Bank Holiday weekend I've had some pretty decent food on trips to Harvesters, so thought worth sharing

Voucher is valid Mon-Sun 11.30am-11pm until 30th June & although you can only buy one for yourself you can buy 5 additional as gifts & you can book for 6 people (so 3 vouchers)

Choose from Starter + Main or Main + Dessert - includes bottomless salad at the salad bar - £20 for 2 people ( we usually go for the Main / Dessert & use the salad bar as a mini starter as well as a side salad with the main)

  • Starters available include: buttermilk fried chicken | king prawns with Spiked Maple sauce | oven-baked garlic and cheddar mushrooms | calamari strips | vegan nachos
  • Main courses available include: barbecue chicken stack | the original combo chicken | the barbecue king burger | 8oz rump steak | cod and chips | half rotisserie chicken | standard full rack of ribs | halloumi and chips | the vegan beyond bean burger | aubergine and red lentil tagine
  • Desserts available include: Rocky Horror sundae | Belgian chocolate brownie | cherry pie | blackcurrant mousse | mini pudding and hot drink

Their Rocky Horror sundae is lovely - always my choice when I go - Real dairy ice cream and warm chocolate fudge brownie, topped with chocolate fudge pieces, fluffy cream, a cherry and a sugar cone wafer

It's a good price, certainly. But it's for Harvester, and the food is just dire. Three times we've tried different Harvesters, and three times we've said never again because it was such poor quality.

Cheap? Sure. Value? Not even at these prices, I'm afraid. I like my food to be enjoyable, not just edible.

Shame this doesn't inc a drink like previous deals
This sounds like a great deal! Thanks very much for sharing!
Would actually prefer an unlimited drink to a starter or dessert. Always full up after the salad and main.

Well that's ruined it for me
Harvester is so bad it feels like being transported back to 1990 when the height of English cuisine was school dinners Fish and Chips.
Thing is it wasn't that bad in the 90's/early 2000's then it just became mass produced ready meals, it was never haute cusine but it wasn't bad for a cheap family meal
13% topcashback as well
Ordered, many thanks to the op. I love Harvester, the food at my local Harvester is excellent, never had a bad meal with them. I have tried ribs in many restaurants, none of them beat Harvester ribs.

Unlimited salads!!!!

Just push the slice of corpse to one side of the plate.

Personally, I wish us normal people had an unlimited corpse slice option.

Just got the offer yesterday ! Been there for a christmas party and the food was very good . I dont remeber the selection of wines but i think will find something good. Ps: go thru quidco and get 5% cashback

This deal has been posted pre
Harvester isn't the worst (mush better the F&B buts that's not saying much!) and the one near us is actually not a repugnant place to spend an hour or so. I think I'll give this one a whirl. . .
Normally £12.99 for 2 courses so not that great a deal. Plus they've just closed my local Harvester
ordered - topcashback eligible too
Thanks for sharing, might make a purchase of this.
The comments never fail to entertain for a few minutes.

My sympathies
They do a starter and main for £8. I don't know how much the desserts are? £4ish? I think I'd rather pay the difference and have access to their full menu. Also often people will skip a dessert or starter.

Especially as The Purist Burger is the best burger I've ever had and doesn't appear to be in this £10 deal

There's the bean burger in this deal but I recommend grabbing The Purist Burger instead, unless you don't like the taste of cheese/meat then this might not be a good choice for you.

Lol normal is not the defination of normality. Dont preech and then get it wrong.

People trying to protect other life from being killed seems a lot more sensible to me than just farming and killing... just because some people can't have more veggies on a plate or lay of the meet two days a week is why some vegans are mouthy about it all.

We dont need a handful of people being vegan perfectly, we need millions of meat eaters doing it imperfectly to really help. If a vegan/vegetarian can get just one person to change its a good thing.

Its not just for the animals either its for the planet. Environmental vegans i believe. The planets hosts like... everything init. So let the vegans make their point and don't give em a hard time.
Can you use this at the 02 arena?
Whatever you do don't upset the Vegans, or they will delete your message. happened to me, they used some old crap of an excuse. Voted hot as a very good deal.
This is exactly the 2 courses for £12.99 evening menu, so used in combination with an AA 20% discount it is cheaper than this Groupon (Unless you’re not having a drink - AA discount is on food AND drink).

Also: Lunchtime menu is cheaper 2 courses for £8.99 anyway so don’t get the Groupon if you’re going before 5pm!

A bit presumptious aren't you. It's more than possible for someone to look at being a Vegan and then decide that actually it's not for them.

Anyways, I'm off to enjoy my Pork chops that are cooking.

This is a rubbish deal, there'll be people getting this and paying more than walk in customers without a voucher! Bizarre how folk vote hot.

Absolutely agree
Prices vary harvester to harvester but a Rocky Horror is around £4.99 give or take. An 8oz rump is around £12.50. So not a terrible deal if you select the more expensive mains and dessert/starter. I think the rack of ribs is more exp than steak?

Why is it that veggies and vegans have to be so annoying? You do what you want to do, and others can do what they want.
When a veggie or vegan comes round here to eat, I'm expected to provide specially prepared dishes for them. Odd that they'll never do that for me when I go there.......

Do you think making a soup or putting spinach and rocatta into a sheet of pasta+bake is specially prepared...?

you just demonstrated a perfect reason why you get annoyed. You're an overthinker, veggie dishes aren't hard.
