Note this can also be used in conjunction with Cineworld Cinema's 12-month Subscription to Cinema, which gives you Unlimited cinema tickets at Cineworld Cinema's for £10.99 a month (or £13.99 inc. Cinema's in the West End).

Also, supposedly if you txt FILM to 241 it costs 35 pence, but if you call 241 to request a ticket it's free (not sure if this is accurate though, haven't checked my bills).

How does it work with the cineworld subscription? Do you get a second person in for free?

I believe if you call 241 it's free, but I think they do charge you 35p for the text ticket you receive.

*Text tickets cost 35p.

tried the basic 2 for 1 code recently, tickets can only be bought on the day

Guys, I just registered today in hotukdeals... Thanks for the great help you all are doing...

As a regular orange 2for1 offer user, I thought I can contribute here to start with :-)

Yes, tickets can be bought on that day only. And actually ticket text we receive is the one which costs 35p.

Cineworld on Tuesdays offers tickets for 4£ instead of regular 6.80 in many places. Hence folks who do not have orange can still enjoy a good movie for close to same 2 for 1 price.

Showcase cinemas offers tickets at £4.75 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays instead of £5.50. hence orange wednesdays can be coupled with this reduced price.

Have a great newyear !!

Welcome to HotUKDeals ashkayuk, ejspice, plcguy, hawkeye and Thanks for the information guys

And at my local Vue, and possibly others, the rate is £4.50 for everyone compared to £4.90 for children and £5.90 for adults on any other day. So you end up paying £2.25 each plust text ticket.

this is pretty old...but thanks anyway

But is it free if you call 241 instead of texting?

It costs 10p to text 241 I think.
It's free to call 241.

You still get charged 35p for RECEIVING the text-ticket either way you do it.
