It's an absolute scandal. The two hotels that are included look pretty woeful and after that that you have to pay to upgrade hotel. I worked it out on one and it was the same price you would pay ordinarily. I'll be requesting a refund first thing tomorrow..

Not off to a good start at all, and they are clutching at straws calling some of these central hotels, I've lost £154 so you lot don't have too

Yes, I totally agree. Had absolutely horrible experience after purchasing two hotel stay vouchers. Impossible to book on their website, which is the only way to book. Also, only way to speak to Buyagift is through their awful chat line that has very limited hours of operation and takes ages to get through! You are put in a long queue with a waiting time of at least half an hour. Buyagift don’t have a customer service telephone number or an email address to communicate with them. They are very happy to take money upfront and then make it absolute hell for customers to book their so called ‘Experience’. Never, never again I would buy anything from this dreadful company. Stay well away from these cowboys.

London is sooo overrated. There are so many as good, if not even better towns such as Slough, Birmingham, Crawley etc that are much cheaper

You can choose from a range of hotels. Once you buy the voucher you get a link to pick where you want to stay if they don’t have what your looking for they will refund straight away

I dunno. London hotels are minimum £250 a night. Even the budget brands are £200 a night at the weekends. Definitely Saturday night is. Sunday May well be cheaper. But still over £100.

I'm assuming the 4*/5* hotels are the ones on the south bank. Which is a good choice. I always use them. Cheaper, good facilities, well connected but just in soulless areas.
