What's '1 month+' supposed to mean, expiry date?
Had this last week after gym, was actually really nice. I think the label said half price, nobody would ever buy it at full price.

Its Tescos's way of saying the expiry date of the food is more than one month

I still wouldn't buy it at that price. Still whey more expensive than mixing your own (see what I did there :D)
full of sugar as well, 17.2g per bottle. not a bad price for ease, but better stuff out there
Tastes decent I had one the other day, bear in mind according to some people u can only deal with 30g of protein at a time so might be drinking half after workout and half an hour or so later
There should never be need to buy these. If you need protein you should have your supplies sorted already. If you buy these you're either an amateur or trapped somewhere...

    Nonsense.
Carbohydrates are essential after a workout, as much as proteins are.

Your body can only use around 30g at a time properly. Thats a fact I'm afraid.

That's another example of complete nonsense. What do you think happens to any protein above 30g? Where is the scientific basis for this comment? What do you mean by 'at a time'?

    Anyway, it's completely untrue.
When digesting something like a shake, your body will process around 10g per hour, it won't just 'throw away' the other 40g of protein, it will process it over time.
