Yes, overall it may cost you £2-3 more when you add the cable, but at least you buy the cable you want, possibly 60-100w PD cable that it can be used for charging laptops too if you have a more powerful charger already. And if you don't, you may have one in the future, so you'll make use at that cable.
I voted hot, because I think it is a good deal, but I do prefer the 25w Samsung charger. (edited)
